This Privacy Policy describes how the MangaLove service (the "Service"), including mobile applications and the website, collects, uses, stores, and protects user information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

The Service Administration acts as the personal data operator. For data inquiries, contact: support@mangalove.ru.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

2.1. Data provided by the user during registration:

• email address;
• display name (nickname);
• username (unique login);
• password (stored in encrypted form).

2.2. Profile data stored on the server:

• avatar (uploaded by the user);
• profile cover image;
• profile description;
• reading status and account settings.

2.3. Activity data stored on the server:

• bookmarks (title lists with tags and notes);
• reading history and chapter progress;
• statistics (number of titles and chapters read, reading time);
• cards (virtual collectible cards);
• card decks;
• comments and reviews;
• in-app currency (hearts) and transaction history.

2.4. Technical data collected automatically:

• IP address;
• device type and model;
• operating system version;
• Application version;
• device language.

3. HOW WE USE DATA

• 3.1. To register and authenticate users in the Service.
• 3.2. To provide core functionality: saving bookmarks, tracking reading progress, displaying statistics.
• 3.3. To store card collections, decks, and related data.
• 3.4. To process comments and feedback.
• 3.5. For technical support and improving Service performance.
• 3.6. To prevent fraud and violations of terms of use.

4. DATA STORAGE

• 4.1. Personal data and account data are stored on the Administration's servers.
• 4.2. Data is stored for the duration of the user's account existence.
• 4.3. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed from servers within 30 days.
• 4.4. Some data (settings, downloaded chapters for offline reading) is stored locally on the user's device.

5. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING

• 5.1. We do not sell or transfer user personal data to third parties.
• 5.2. The Service uses the public MangaDex API (https://api.mangadex.org) to fetch content. API requests to MangaDex may contain technical data (IP address, device type).
• 5.3. Data may be disclosed upon request of competent government authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6. DATA PROTECTION

• 6.1. All connections to servers are made via the secure HTTPS protocol.
• 6.2. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are not accessible to the Administration in plain text.
• 6.3. Modern encryption methods are used to protect data during transmission and storage.
• 6.4. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel.

7. USER RIGHTS

• 7.1. Right to access: you may request information about data stored on your account.
• 7.2. Right to rectification: you may change profile data (nickname, avatar, description) in the Service settings.
• 7.3. Right to erasure: you may delete your account through the Service settings or by contacting support.
• 7.4. Right to portability: you may request a copy of your data by contacting support.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

• 9.1. Mobile applications do not use cookies.
• 9.2. The website uses cookies for service operation, settings storage, and authentication. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.
• 9.3. The Service may use analytics tools to collect anonymized usage data (crashes, performance). This data does not contain personal information.

• 10.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Policy.
