Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service constitute a public offer addressed to an unlimited number of persons.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Service — the MangaLove service for reading manga, available through mobile applications (iOS, Android) and the website.
1.2. Administration — the owner and developer of the MangaLove Service.
1.3. User — any individual who registers an account or uses the Service.
1.4. Account — a unique user profile created during registration, containing email, nickname, username, and associated data.
1.5. Content — text, graphic and other materials available through the Service, including manga, manhwa, and manhua.
1.6. User Data — information stored on the Administration's servers, including profile data, reading history, bookmarks, statistics, cards, and comments.
1.7. Functionality — the set of software capabilities of the Service.

2.1. The Administration grants the User the right to use the Service's Functionality in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
2.2. By registering an account or using the Service, the User confirms acceptance of this Agreement in full.
2.3. The Agreement may be amended by the Administration at any time. The new version takes effect upon the Service update.
2.4. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
2.5. A User who disagrees with the terms must stop using the Service.

3.1. To access the full Functionality, the User must register by providing an email, nickname, username, and password.
3.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.
3.3. The User must immediately notify the Administration of any unauthorized access to their account.
3.4. The Administration reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate this Agreement.
3.5. User Data (profile, reading history, bookmarks, statistics, cards, currency) is stored on the Administration's servers and associated with the account.

5.2. The User retains rights to their User Data.
5.3. By posting comments or other content, the User grants the Administration a non-exclusive license to display such content within the Service.
5.4. The Administration reserves the right to delete User Data that violates this Agreement without prior notice.
5.5. Upon account deletion, User Data is removed from servers within 30 days.

6.1. All Content available through the Service (manga, manhwa, manhua) belongs to its authors and rights holders.
6.2. The Service uses the public MangaDex API to fetch Content. The Administration does not host manga files on its own servers.
6.3. The Service does not distribute Content, it only displays data from publicly available sources.
6.4. The User may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use Content for commercial purposes.

7.1. The Service's in-app currency (hearts) is not monetary funds and cannot be exchanged for real money.
7.2. Hearts are earned through registration, daily rewards, reading activity, and participation in Service improvement.
7.3. Purchasing in-app currency is available in mobile applications through official app stores (App Store). The website does not support currency purchases.
7.4. The Administration reserves the right to change the methods of obtaining and using in-app currency.
7.5. Upon account deletion, in-app currency is not recoverable.

8.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.
8.2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service.
8.3. The Administration is not responsible for Content of third parties obtained through the MangaDex API.
8.4. The Administration is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
8.5. The Administration is not responsible for data loss caused by technical failures on the user's device.

9.1. If any of the materials violate your copyright, please contact us at support@mangalove.ru and we will remove the material.
9.2. The Administration takes all measures to comply with intellectual property rights of third parties.

10.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time.
10.2. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Service.
10.3. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11.1. Disputes between the parties shall be resolved through pre-trial proceedings.
11.2. The response period for a claim is 10 business days.
11.3. Inaction by the Administration in the event of a User's violation of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of the Administration's rights.

12.1. The User may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their account or removing the Application.
12.2. The Administration may discontinue Service support at any time with reasonable notice.
